Salary Range $27,805 - $37,073 annually (20 hours per week). Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is Non-Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

The Leadership Pikes Peak Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of the Signature programs and other supporting community leadership development opportunities to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
This is a part-time, 20 hour a week, ongoing 12-month appointment.
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Program Development
Develop and implement program objectives, goals, and strategies in alignment with organizational mission and objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define program requirements and scope
Program Management
Budgeting and Financial Management
Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings
Evaluation and Quality Assurance
Program Oversight Meetings

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
Experience in fundraising, donor relations, and/or grant writing is highly desirable
The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree (e.g., Master's or MBA) and/or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CPM)
