Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with analytics, statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with NPI in manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year of work experience with SAP.
• Experience creating dashboards from multiple unrelated data sources.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for all activities in relation to consignment, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), finance, and system solutions for a given CM footprint.
• Manage the end-to-end consigned inventory lifecycle, including consumption reporting, variance reconciliation, and financial risk mitigation.
• Partner with system solutions teams to facilitate enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process optimizations.
• Monitor and action inventory delta metrics to ensure fiscal integrity. Optimize and transform enabling and supporting processes.
• Solicit ideas, prioritize, and manage expectations. Link operational actions to financial outcomes, cycle time impact, and other business priorities. Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels.
