Program Manager - Kress Vision Program

As an essential part of our Ambulatory Care Network, you’ll help drive the success of the Kress Vision Program focused on providing high-quality services for any vision-related issues to uninsured individuals. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge of population health while experiencing the richness of different cultures.

The Program Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Kress Vision Program. Coordinate all aspects of clinical and non-clinical functions to ensure the highest quality outcomes and patient satisfaction for the Kress Vision Program. The Program Manager will represent Kress Vision and the hospital within the community, lead the continued growth of the program, and drive the program’s mission forward in alignment with NYP’s values.

Preferred Criteria

• Master’s degree

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of coordinating and planning health screenings
• Outstanding ability to interface with staff and the public
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships
