The Program Manager IV supports the Cleveland Clinic Quality Alliance, a clinically integrated network serving approximately 250 independent physician practices. This role serves as a key liaison between Cleveland Clinic, external data vendors, and participating practices to ensure accurate, timely, and accessible clinical and operational performance data. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating issue resolution and system support, overseeing user access and permissions within reporting platforms, and ensuring the integrity and availability of data related to ambulatory care, admissions, readmissions, and quality performance metrics. The Program Manager works closely with data aggregation partners, including Arcadia, to monitor data flow, troubleshoot processing issues, and validate reporting accuracy across multiple specialties. This position plays a critical role in supporting population health, quality improvement, and value-based care initiatives by ensuring stakeholders have reliable access to actionable performance data and analytics.
This is a remote role. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Occasionally evening meetings will require attendance in-person at Independence.
