Manages implementation and maintenance of designated programs. Plans, develops and maintains systems and procedures. Acts as a liaison between department and outside communities. Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Participates in budgetary process.

As a Program Manager IV with Graduate Medical Education, you will manage diverse projects, identify process improvements, and enhance departmental efficiency and cohesion to support many of the training and education programs Cleveland Clinic offers to a global audience of healthcare professionals, including physicians, medical students, residents, fellows, health professions students and caregivers, and more. This is a rewarding opportunity that offers exposure to various specialties and potential growth within and beyond the team.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 am. – 5:00 pm.
After the successful completion of the training period, this position offers a hybrid schedule requiring in-person attendance at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus one day per week.
