Organization:
SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-ValleyResponsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of Digital Consumer Experience (DCX) initiatives and healthcare partner integration efforts. This role partners across digital, marketing, access, analytics, and operations teams to ensure alignment, manage timelines and dependencies, and support delivery against enterprise priorities and performance goals.
The Program Manager plays a key support role in enabling cross‑functional initiatives, including consumer experience improvements and onboarding and integration of new and existing healthcare partners, by managing workstreams, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and driving accountability across teams.
The ideal candidate would have strong program management and organizational skills, the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed healthcare environment, and experience coordinating complex, cross‑functional initiatives. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential to support execution, stakeholder alignment, and successful integration of partner capabilities.
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Pay Range is $114,774.40 to $172,161.60 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
