Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in vendor management or contingent workforce operations.
• Experience designing and implementing global contingent workforce programs and strategies.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience with hyperscaler extended/contingent workforce programs.
• Ability to manage multiple complex assignments in a deadline committed, fast-paced, and changing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for executive audiences.

You will be responsible for creating and managing a unified strategy that drives efficiency, security, and adherence to Google's high standards from the business side.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Act as the core Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Cloud Supply Chain Organization (CSCO) for all extended workforce (xWF) operations, including onboarding, systems access, and compliance requirements.
• Develop, document, and deploy a standardized governance framework and playbook for all extended workforce programs within the cloud supply chain organization.
• Partner with extended workforce and other cross-functional teams to implement and scale modern, attribute-based access controls, supporting the migration to next-generation identity and access models.
• Develop and implement a proactive risk management program to identify, monitor, and mitigate operational, security, and compliance risks associated with the extended workforce.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the business impact, operational efficiency, and compliance posture of the xWF program portfolio.
