Job Summary:

Acts as a catalyst of driving and embedding a continuous improvement culture and partnering with the FAH process and cross divisional teams to identify and implement tactical, operational as well as supporting the successful implementation of strategic initiatives

Technical Competencies

• With good grasp of Project Management methodologies
• Experience within finance transformation/continuous improvement capacity
• Good practical understanding of Finance processes
• Proficient in MS Outlook applications
• Project Management or Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
