Its correlation and fusion software produce a single composite track of geolocation and identification in near real-time.  What You'll Do
  • Lead program planning, execution, and delivery for NCCT core technologies
  • Manage schedule, budget, and resources for software development, system modernization, and cloud transition efforts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineers, systems engineers, and operations planners, to integrate multi-INT ISR sensor systems
  • Oversee development of correlation, fusion, and network management software, ensuring compliance with multi-level security standards and operational requirements
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in related discipline
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ program/project management experience
  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required
  • Understanding of cloud-based software architecture and software modernization initiatives
  • Proficiency in program planning tools, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of Air Force acquisition processes, operational requirements, and compliance with NDAA and DoD policies
Ways to Stand Out – Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Systems Engineering
  • Experience managing software and systems integration projects in multi-INT or network-centric environments
  • Familiarity with Machine-to-Machine (M2M) cross-cueing, IP connectivity, and data fusion algorithms
