Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Compensation: up to $90,000–$95,000 annually, plus opportunity for quarterly incentives
Our BAYADA Fairfax Senior Living team is seeking a relationship-focused Program Manager I to support our Home Health practice across senior living communities in Alexandria, Springfield, and Mount Vernon. This field-based role is ideal for a clinically licensed professional who is organized, personable, growth-minded, and motivated by the opportunity to strengthen partnerships and improve the experience of the individuals and communities we serve.
As Program Manager I, you will execute our provider-of-choice commitments and serve as a key connection point between the BAYADA Fairfax Senior Living office team, community teams, and clinical teams. You will help grow and maintain the business by building trusted relationships, coordinating priorities, and ensuring our services consistently meet the needs of our senior living partners and their residents.
We welcome candidates from a range of clinical disciplines. Compensation will be based on experience, scope, and qualifications.
This is a field-based role with regular travel to senior living communities throughout Alexandria, Springfield, and Mount Vernon. The position may also require occasional visits to the Falls Church office. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is no on-call requirement.
