The Program Manager, Marketing leads the development and execution of integrated, data-driven marketing strategies for Cleveland Clinic Laboratories, with a focus on reference laboratory services. This role translates market insights, client needs, and performance analytics into targeted initiatives that drive growth, strengthen client engagement, and support commercial objectives.
Serving as a cross-functional partner, the Program Manager ensures alignment between marketing, sales, and operational teams while managing projects from concept through execution, while also developing clear, effective internal communications for key stakeholders and the Cleveland Clinic Laboratories team. In this role, the Program Manager supports sales enablement through impactful content and client communications, while contributing to the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns across all service lines. With a strong focus on results, this individual analyzes data to refine strategies, optimize performance, and drive growth across the organization, ensuring consistent support and advancement of all service offerings.
A caregiver in this position work days, from 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and 2 years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience
OR Associate’s Degree and 4 years of experience
OR Master’s Degree and 1 year of experience
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Experience in a healthcare setting
2 years of experience in marketing
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
