$71,349 - $88,085 Annually
The Program Manager I acts as a technical advisor and process lead for quality Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) design on the Continuity of Integrated Health Services (CIHS) project, a multi-country initiative supporting Guinea, Liberia, Mali, and Togo. Manage tools and recommend methods appropriate to scope, context, and technical requirements of the CIHS project. Coordinate MEAL activities, maintain relationships with partners and other project stakeholders to support project objectives and advance Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) work serving the poor and vulnerable. Utilize technical MEAL skills and knowledge to manage and analyze data, ensure donor compliance, and support learning initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and the delivery of high-quality programming in the country program.
Required Languages: Fluency in English fluency required. Proficiency in French is a plus.
Travel: Must be willing and able to travel up to 40%.
