We are looking for an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead the establishment of HR Shared Services Center (SSC), a key pillar in our HR transformation journey, driving the design, planning, and implementation of this strategic initiative.
In this role, you will establish a program organization and lead multiple workstreams and coordinate timelines, resources, budgets, stakeholders and risks to ensure the successful implementation of our HR Shared Services Center. You know which priorities to recommend, what to communicate to the HR organization and when to involve other corporate functions if necessary. Furthermore, you will bring together people, processes, technology and organisational change to establish an efficient, scalable and high-quality HR service delivery model.
You will join Demant's Global HR organization and work closely with HR Core Deliveries, business units, Shared Services C operations teams and stakeholders across the global organization.
Our approximately 400 HR professionals work globally to attract, develop and empower the people who drive Demant's continued success. As a global leader in hearing healthcare and hearing aid technology, Demant is on an ambitious transformation journey. In this role, you will help shape how HR services are delivered and experienced across the organization.
As Program Manager for HR SSC, you will manage the day-to-day implementation of the SSC transition, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment throughout the implementation. Working closely with senior leadership, HR Core Deliveries, business units, SSC operations and project leads, you will maintain momentum, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure clear communication and decision-making. You will also help ensure business continuity and successful adoption of the new HR service delivery model.
In this role, you will:
You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development or a related field.
You have significant project management/program management experience, including large-scale transformation or Shared Services Center establishment and transition initiatives. You have successfully managed complex, multi-workstream projects involving substantial budgets and diverse stakeholders, preferably within HR operations or HR transformation.
You have great knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage, as is experience with platforms such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana or similar.
Experience with HR systems and processes is important, with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar solutions considered an advantage. You are also highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with project dashboards, reporting and data. As a colleague, you are structured, collaborative and solution oriented. You create clarity and momentum in complex environments and can lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. You communicate assertively with both project teams and senior executives and are comfortable working across cultures and geographies.
Furthermore, you are analytical and pragmatic, with good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. You combine project management discipline with business acumen and an understanding of HR operations and organisational dynamics.
Finally, you have a good compliance mindset and understand the importance of balancing country-specific requirements with global standards and objectives.
This is an opportunity to take a central role in a significant HR transformation and help shape the future delivery of HR services across Demant.
You will work with experienced colleagues and senior stakeholders across the global organization and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how HR services are delivered, scaled and continuously improved.
If you enjoy complex transformations, international collaboration and turning ambitious plans into successful execution, we would like to hear from you.
