Paragon Home Care is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private-duty home care program located on-site at a senior living community in Northern Virginia.This is a key leadership position responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating caregiver schedules, supporting client intake, maintaining strong communication with residents and families, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. The Program Manager will serve as the primary on-site representative for Paragon Home Care while working closely with Paragon’s internal operations team for scheduling, staffing, care coordination, and after-hours/on-call support.
The ideal candidate has experience in home care, senior living, healthcare operations, client service, scheduling, or care coordination. An LPN license is preferred but not required
