The Program Manager, Global Supply Chain is responsible for leading complex, high‑value, cross‑functional programs that advance the company’s global supply chain strategy. This role provides end‑to‑end leadership to accelerate supply chain performance, resilience, quality, cost efficiency, and digital transformation.

As the leader for high‑impact supply chain programs, this role serves as the single point of accountability for program performance, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, financial targets, and long‑term strategic outcomes. This roles partners closely with key stakeholders across Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supplier Quality/Supplier Development (SQ/SD), Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Corporate Functions to drive execution, resolve escalating issues, and optimize performance across global networks.

This role requires exceptional influence, cross‑functional alignment, and the ability to lead programs across a matrixed global environment. This role must navigate complex tradeoffs, prioritize effectively, manage risk, and drive measurable results across the end‑to‑end supply chain.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery of large, complex global supply chain programs, managing scope, timelines, cost, risks, and performance.
  • Lead cross‑functional programs spanning sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, supplier quality/development, and distribution to improve end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
  • Drive execution across global teams and partners, ensuring adherence to governance, milestones, and performance expectations.
  • Lead initiatives that improve supply chain resilience, reduce disruptions, and deliver cost and operational efficiency.
  • Manage programs focused on improving quality, stability, and consistency across the supply chain.
  • Lead initiatives that apply digital tools, automation, AI, or analytics to improve planning, execution, and visibility.
  • Align global stakeholders by setting clear priorities, managing dependencies, and facilitating trade‑off decisions.
  • Provide clear executive‑level communication, status reporting, and decision support for major supply chain programs.
  • Lead through influence in a matrixed environment, driving decisions and outcomes without direct authority.
  • Partner with Finance to manage budgets, track financial impacts, and ensure ROI and margin targets are met.
  • Manage change control and financial impacts across a portfolio of global supply chain programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5 years progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Program/Project Management, Strategy, or related disciplines within a complex, cross‑functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications (CPIM, CSCP, PMP) beneficial but not required.
  • Demonstrated success leading large‑scale, enterprise‑level initiatives, strategic programs, or cross‑functional transformation projects.
  • Experience driving execution across matrixed teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes: sourcing, planning, supplier management, logistics, quality, and fulfillment.
  • Expertise in program and project management methodologies, operational planning, and complex execution.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience conducting data‑driven decision making, risk modeling, and process optimization.
  • Ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across global matrices.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive‑level presentation and cross‑functional facilitation.

Office Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
