
About the opportunity
The Faculty of Medicine and Health is seeking an experienced Program Manager to facilitate the establishment and delivery of a new strategic initiative, the FMH Academy. This flagship program is part of the Collective Excellence 2028 strategy and is designed to bring together educators and scholars to strengthen collaboration, advance the scholarship of learning and teaching, and improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
This is a newly created role responsible for supporting the continuing establishment and evolution of the Academy. In the early stages, you will operate in a project management capacity to enhance the program structure, governance, and operating model. As the initiative matures, the role transitions into ongoing program management, supporting delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement across Academy activities.
Working closely with senior academic leaders, you will translate strategic direction into clear, actionable delivery plans and build the systems and structures required to support effective implementation. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and drive progress in a complex and evolving environment.
This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building programs from the ground up, and is confident working across diverse teams to deliver outcomes that shape the future of education and research within the faculty.
