Program Manager – Financial ERP

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Financial ERP transformation program within a complex public-sector environment. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the ERP program, ensuring alignment between finance, IT, and executive stakeholders while managing governance, budget, risks, and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the ERP program lifecycle: planning, budgeting, governance, delivery, and reporting
• 
  Coordinate finance, IT, integrators, and software vendors across multiple workstreams
• 
  Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder communication at executive level
• 
  Ensure compliance with financial regulations, procurement standards, and accounting processes
• 
  Drive change management and user adoption within finance departments
• 
  Oversee ERP integration, modernization, and transformation initiatives in a large organization environment

Profile

• 
  Minimum 15 years of experience in ERP program management within financial environments
• 
  Strong expertise with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• 
  Experience in public sector organizations and municipal accounting processes
• 
  Solid knowledge of budgeting, revenue, expenditure, and financial governance processes
• 
  Experience with large-scale digital transformation and mainframe environments is a plus
• 
  Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
