As a member of the Risk and Compliance team within Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS), you will ensure compliance with global laws and regulations applicable to the contingent workforce. You will identify and assess risks, set requirements, design and evaluate controls, and conduct testing and auditing. By providing a second line of defense, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect our brand and reputation while enabling the success of the extended workforce.
In this role, you will lead a team of risk and controls experts responsible for the development and oversight of the risk management cycle. You will manage an iterative process to identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and monitor risks to operations. Additionally, you will partner with ecosystem and control owners to ensure controls are designed, tested, and operating effectively in alignment with our risk appetite.The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 160,000-164,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
