Job Description
The Program Manager
oversees the successful delivery of technology-driven projects, including
product launches, system integrations, security compliance, infrastructure
upgrades, and process improvements. This role ensures alignment with business
objectives, manages cross-functional teams, and drives transformation
initiatives.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology
and transformation projects from planning to execution, ensuring scope,
cost, and timelines are met.
- Oversee cross-functional
teams, including vendors and external partners, to ensure seamless project
delivery.
- Drive innovation by
researching and implementing emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, and
blockchain.
- Develop project roadmaps,
manage risks, and establish success metrics.
- Facilitate stakeholder
communication and alignment through structured reporting and meetings.
- Implement Agile, Kanban, or
Scrum methodologies for effective execution.
- Conduct post-project reviews
to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in
Management, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years in program/project
management, preferably in banking or fintech.
- Certifications: Six Sigma
(Master Black Belt preferred), PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Design Thinking a
plus.
- Experience in business
transformation, process improvement, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of Banking
4.0, automation, AI, and emerging tech trends.
- Excellent communication,
stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt,
problem-solve, and drive strategic initiatives effectively.
