As a Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-stream programs focused on digital product delivery and transformation within wealth management This role requires a strategic thinker with strong delivery capabilities, client engagement skills, and a passion for driving innovation in financial services.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement digital solutions that enhance client experience, streamline operations, and enable growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to shape the future of wealth management, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs for wealth management clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Digital Product Strategy Collaborate with product owners and business leaders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage delivery across agile teams.
  • Client Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights on digital trends, regulatory impacts, and technology adoption in wealth management.
  • Change Management Drive adoption of new digital platforms and processes, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Governance & Reporting Establish program governance, track KPIs, manage risks, and communicate progress to executive leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate across technology, operations, compliance, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Skills & Expertise

  • Experience 8+ years in program management, with a strong background in digital product management and wealth management
  • Proven track record delivering digital transformation programs in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management platforms, client onboarding, portfolio management, and digital advisory tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Prince2, and Waterfall methodologies; ability to adapt delivery approach to client needs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in business case development, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking
  • Prior consulting experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
