Job Description

What’s the role?

As a Program Manager you will lead the delivery of complex digital initiatives that support strategic business outcomes across the Pacific business. This role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end program execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, operations and business teams to drive delivery outcomes, manage risks and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions. With a strong focus on governance, stakeholder engagement and execution excellence, you will play a key role in enabling large‑scale transformation and delivering meaningful digital change.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience leading large‑scale digital programs or projects within financial services.
  • Strong track record of delivering end‑to‑end project outcomes, including governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working across technology, operations and business teams to drive successful delivery outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability, with experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and cross‑functional teams
