What’s the role?
As a Program Manager you will lead the delivery of complex digital initiatives that support strategic business outcomes across the Pacific business. This role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end program execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, operations and business teams to drive delivery outcomes, manage risks and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions. With a strong focus on governance, stakeholder engagement and execution excellence, you will play a key role in enabling large‑scale transformation and delivering meaningful digital change.
