"This role is responsible for Program Management within the Data Center Solutions team, focusing on CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units), Cold Plates, Liquid Cooling, Busbars, and Power Distribution Solutions. The candidate will collaborate with engineering, product management, sales, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams to drive successful product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in project scheduling, budget management, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, risk management, milestone execution, and executive reporting. He/She will proactively identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive execution to ensure profitable, reliable, and on-time product launches.
Experience managing Data Center Infrastructure, Liquid Cooling, CDU, Cold Plate, Thermal Management, or Power Distribution product development programs with OEMs, ODMs, hyperscalers, or Tier 1 suppliers is highly desirable."
"Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Business Leaders to define project scope, budgets, resource requirements, and timelines for Data Center products, including CDUs, Cold Plates, Liquid Cooling Systems, Busbars, and Power Distribution Solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed NPI project schedules in partnership with cross-functional teams, working backward from customer and business launch targets to ensure timely execution.
Establish and maintain project risk registers, proactively identifying technical, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer-related risks, while driving mitigation and closure plans with measurable evidence.
Create and manage program budgets, tracking material, labor, tooling, prototyping, validation, and non-recurring engineering (NRE) costs to ensure projects meet financial objectives.
Lead cross-functional program reviews and governance meetings, driving accountability for critical milestones, deliverables, design validation, manufacturing readiness, and launch activities.
Partner with customers, OEMs, ODMs, hyperscalers, and internal stakeholders to negotiate schedules, prototype builds, validation plans, and program priorities to support successful product development and deployment.
Engage Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams early in the development cycle to establish supplier strategies, manufacturing readiness plans, procurement schedules, and capacity planning.

BE/BTech (Mechanical /Electrical)
"Experience managing product development programs for Data Center Infrastructure, Liquid Cooling Solutions, CDUs, Cold Plates, Thermal Management Systems, Power Distribution Solutions, or related technologies serving hyperscale, enterprise, OEM, or ODM customers.
PMP Certification (or equivalent program management certification) is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, project scheduling tools, and project management methodologies, with strong skills in executive reporting, resource planning, and program governance."
