Resource Planning: Coordinate resources across teams and ensure appropriate allocation to support program priorities and delivery commitments.

AI Platform Enablement: Work closely with technical teams to understand Agentic AI capabilities, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and platform evolution, enabling informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Delivery Management roles.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and delivery streams.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, LLM-powered applications, and Agentic AI concepts
  • Experience managing programs involving product development, software engineering, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations
  • Ability to effectively coordinate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Design, Security, and Operations teams
  • Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies, program planning, roadmap management, and release governance.

  • Experience with project and program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving business and technology priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
