
Program Manager – Community Residential Settings

Job Purpose: The Program Manager, CRS, is responsible for oversight of the location(s) assigned and provides assistance, support, and encouragement to meet the needs of people with disabilities served by HMC. Functions as the designated coordinator and/or the QIDP. They are responsible for carrying out the directives of the individual’s team. Services are provided in the individual’s homes and in the community.

Schedule: Hours are primarily Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm but will require some alternative hours for meetings and/or to meet the needs of the individuals served. Program Managers may need to work evenings and weekends as needed to help with direct care coverage. This position includes on-call.
Wage: $54,080 to $59,280 Annual Salary ($26.00 to $28.50 per hour depending on experience)

Harry Meyering Center, Inc. opened in 1973 as a home for 44 individuals with developmental disabilities, which was made possible by the efforts of the local ARC and the parents of those 44 individuals.
We have since grown to serve 150 people in three programs, which include the Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), the Supportive Living Service (SLS), and Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS/SLS In-home).
