Our client, a top global healthcare company, seeks a Program Manager, Business Partner Excellence, which involves supporting the delivery of a strategic transformation program designed to strengthen business partnering, demand management, value realization, governance, and customer engagement across the organization’s IT services function.

The Program Manager will work closely with the Program Lead and serve as the primary coordination point among internal stakeholders, the System Integrating Company, workstream leaders, and governance forums. The role will be responsible for maintaining program alignment, coordinating delivery activities, managing reporting and governance processes, tracking actions and dependencies, and supporting the timely completion of program deliverables.

This is a highly visible position requiring exceptional organizational ability, stakeholder management, communication, and program delivery coordination skills. This is a 2 months engagement with high likelihood of extension

The Role:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Business Partner Excellence transformation program.

  • Maintain the integrated program plan, delivery roadmap, milestones, schedules, and workstream dependencies.

  • Track deliverables, actions, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies, ensuring owners and completion dates are clearly documented.

  • Monitor progress against program objectives and escalate material risks, delays, or delivery concerns to program leadership.

  • Coordinate activities across business partners, product owners, enterprise solution teams, application services, finance, technology business management, program management, and other relevant functions.

  • Facilitate alignment and collaboration across workstreams, stakeholder groups, and governance bodies.

  • Organize workshops, working sessions, stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews, including agendas, minutes, logistics, and follow-up actions.

  • Serve as the primary coordination point between internal stakeholders and the System Integrating Company.

  • Coordinate requests for information, data, documentation, stakeholder access, and workshop participation.

  • Track System Integrating Company deliverables, dependencies, stakeholder feedback, review cycles, approvals, and completion dates.

  • Prepare weekly status reports, executive updates, dashboards, governance packs, and leadership review materials.

  • Maintain program governance records, including the RAID log, action tracker, dependency log, decision register, governance calendar, and workstream reports.

  • Coordinate data collection across business and technology functions, identify data owners, and consolidate inputs from multiple sources.

  • Support analysis of program metrics, voice-of-customer results, stakeholder feedback, readiness indicators, and adoption measures.

  • Maintain an accurate and accessible repository of program documentation and supporting materials.

  • Support stakeholder communications, change enablement, community forums, training coordination, capability development, and organizational readiness activities.

  • Maintain stakeholder maps, engagement plans, communication schedules, adoption metrics, and the program communications calendar.

  • Build trusted working relationships across leadership, business, technology, change management, and external delivery teams.


Requirements


  • Minimum of seven years of program management, project management, or program coordination experience.

  • Proven experience managing complex business or IT transformation initiatives involving multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.

  • Practical experience working within ITIL, IT service management, or related technology service delivery processes.

  • Strong program planning, delivery coordination, governance, action tracking, and reporting capabilities.

  • Demonstrated stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience working directly with senior leaders, executive stakeholders, governance bodies, and external consulting or delivery partners.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, executive reporting, and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications.

  • Experience supporting IT operating model, business transformation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology programs.

  • Experience with demand management, portfolio management, value realization, or related governance disciplines.

  • Previous PMO leadership, program governance, or workstream management experience.

  • Consulting experience or experience working within a major consulting, systems integration, or professional services environment.

  • Experience operating within a large, global, matrixed organization.
