Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Program Manager Business within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Mission Context:

One of the client’s clusters is dedicated to Automation/Robotics solutions, managing over 200 bots across various entities. At the start of 2026, teams from the Client Servicing entity migrated to a strategic partnership with a major consulting firm. In this transformation context, a new initiative has been launched to migrate 83 robots to a dedicated robotics platform.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and steer the initiative in line with Agile methodologies.
• Ensure professional communication with middle and senior management (C-level) within the client and partners.
• Elaborate on the initiative by preparing and animating ceremonies, defining and prioritizing OPUS, and managing the initiative with stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end monitoring (scope, quality, budget, timing) of developments until go-to-market.
• Collaborate closely with the Cluster Product Owner, Product Owners, and contributing parties to ensure shared knowledge and successful delivery.
• Support PO/OO during ideation and refinement of Opuses.

Language Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).

Education:

• Master’s degree.

Certification:

• Mandatory: Program/project management and change management frameworks (e.g. AGILE, Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR). Agile is the primary methodology.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in program/project management, focusing on strategy, priorities, time, budget, and dependencies, while keeping business/customer interests central.

Technical Experience:

• Technical and functional understanding to interact with architects, developers, and experts.
• Familiarity with automation solutions (e.g., BluePrism).

Business Experience:

• Experience in program/project management.
• Strong analytical skills and deductive reasoning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Stakeholder management and customer centricity.
• Preferable: Experience in banking and Agile methodology/practices.
