Beechwood Coop Senior Living Community is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Program Manager to lead our vibrant 61-unit full-service independent living community. Located on a senior living campus that also includes assisted living and skilled nursing services, Beechwood offers residents an engaging, supportive, and independent lifestyle.
The Program Manager serves as the operational and community leader for Beechwood Coop, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, high-quality services, and effective day-to-day operations. This role works closely with a resident-led Board of Directors and collaborates with campus leadership and shared service departments to support the needs of the cooperative community.
This position reports directly to the Executive Director/Vice President as well as being responsible to the Beechwood Coop Board of Directors, which is primarily comprised of resident members.
The successful candidate will be a compassionate and collaborative leader who enjoys working with seniors, values resident independence, and possesses the business acumen, leadership skills, and customer service mindset necessary to oversee a thriving cooperative senior living community.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $39.61
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
