Program Manager – Atlassian Cloud Environment

We are looking for experienced Program Managers to support the migration from an on-premise Atlassian environment to Atlassian Cloud within a large-scale enterprise IT environment.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to help design, shape, and optimise the new Atlassian Cloud setup. You will provide expert guidance on governance, architecture, project setup, and cloud management best practices to ensure a scalable and future-proof collaboration platform.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support the migration from Atlassian on-premise to Atlassian Cloud
• 
  Advise internal teams on cloud setup, governance, and best practices
• 
  Help define and design the future Atlassian Cloud environment
• 
  Support the setup and configuration of new cloud projects
• 
  Provide expertise on Jira and Atlassian ecosystem capabilities
• 
  Lead or coordinate infrastructure and development-related programmes
• 
  Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• 
  Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the migration
• 
  Contribute to operational processes and long-term platform governance

Required Experience & Skills

Strong hands-on experience with the Atlassian Cloud platform

Extensive experience with Jira

Experience leading infrastructure or development-related programmes

Minimum 3 years' experience as Program Manager in IT environments

Minimum 8 years' experience in infrastructure and/or development projects

Experience with Atlassian migration projects for large organisations

Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Dutch proficiency at CEFR C2 level

Nice to Have

• 
  Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• 
  Knowledge of risk management and issue management processes
• 
  Experience with PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, MSP, or similar frameworks
• 
  Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management
• 
  Experience within Atlassian Solution Partner environments
• 
  Atlassian certifications or experience working with certified Atlassian partners
