About the Role

We are starting a strategic program to implement agentic AI workflows across our company of 1,000 employees. The goal is to automate repetitive processes, improve efficiency, and enable staff to focus on higher-value work.

We are looking for a Program Manager to help run pilot AI projects. This role will coordinate between business departments, external technical experts, and the AI Transformation Lead. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, adopted by staff, and aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan and track AI pilot timelines, tasks, and deliverables, coordinate with external developers and data engineers, ensure smooth execution of pilot workflows.
• Business Requirement Gathering: work with Thai departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Service), translate needs into clear requirements for technical teams, validate results with business users.
• Change & Adoption Support: communicate project purpose and usage to staff in Thai, run short onboarding/training sessions for pilot teams, gather feedback and report adoption challenges.
• Reporting: track simple KPIs (time saved, user satisfaction), prepare bilingual (Thai/English) updates for management

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-6 years experience in project management, IT project coordination, or digital transformation.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, RPA, or automation projects is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Native Thai speaker with good English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Trello, Jira, Asana) is a plus.
• Interest in learning about AI, automation, and new technologies.
