Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Program Manager will lead cross-functional activities throughout the sustainment lifecycle, including order execution, production prioritization, inventory strategy, customer engagement, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is accountable for driving on-time delivery, profitability, and long-term customer relationships while supporting the overall strategic objectives of the business.
Execute the Aftermarket Recovery Plan and drive daily operational performance.
Own key KPIs including on-time delivery, backlog reduction, revenue, and shipment execution.
Serve as the primary customer and stakeholder interface for assigned programs.
Lead daily escalations, action management, and cross-functional issue resolution.
Prioritize production, inventory, and material availability to meet customer commitments.
Drive backlog recovery and accelerate parts flow to waterfront operations.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to deliver results.
Monitor program financial performance, forecasts, and profitability.
Ensure contract compliance and adherence to customer requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance execution and accountability.
Support business development, growth initiatives, and customer reviews.
Build cross-functional alignment and influence decision-making to achieve business objectives.

Education & Experience
Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Sales and Marketing, Engineering or other related areas.
2+ years of progressive product, project and/or program management experience in Navy/Maritime or related market space preferred.
