
As an Individual Contributor, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising programs across digital and traditional media to support business and marketing objectives. This role contributes to measurable outcomes by managing media investments, analyzing performance, and improving brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion performance across the marketing funnel.
Budget and Financial Management: Manages media budgets, forecasts spend, and monitors pacing to ensure alignment with approved plans. Coordinates required compliance reviews and approvals to support timely and accurate campaign execution.
Agency and Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Manages day‑to‑day relationships with media agencies and collaborates with internal partners to support campaign development, execution, and reporting. Ensures alignment across teams to deliver cohesive and effective advertising programs.
Conversion Rate Optimization Drives lead conversion rate optimization efforts through testing and funnel analysis; develops and implements optimization plans and performs result analysis for continued growth.
Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in brand and marketing understanding, business analytics, communication, content creation, critical thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, customer experience, project management, and technology acumen.
