T2S Solutions is an innovative, agile, mission-focused product and solution provider specializing in Rapid Prototyping and Experimentation, Systems Development, Integration, Test and Sustainment. Our customers include the DoD, Mission Partners and the Intelligence Community, Industry Partners, and other Government Agencies.

We are seeking to hire a Program Manager responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of a program or portfolio of projects. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring. You will also communicate with stakeholders, report on program progress, and ensure that program goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement program plans, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate the work of project teams and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Identify and manage program risks and issues
• Ensure that program goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and partners
• Monitor program performance against established goals and objectives
• Report on program progress to stakeholders
• Manage program budgets and resources
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures
• Ensure that program work complies with relevant regulations and standards
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Active DoD security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in program management or related field
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of program management principles and practices
• Experience in managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously

Compensation: 150-175k DOE
