OUR OPPORTUN ITY We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multi-project delivery in the Fintech sector , ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and strategic goals . This role requires strong expertise in program governance, risk and compliance management, and cross-team leadership . The Program Manager will establish and enforce best practices, delivery frameworks, and team accountability models , ensuring project managers and delivery teams consistently operate at the highest standards. YOU WIL L Define and oversee program governance structures (RACI, steering committees, reporting models, compliance checkpoints). Drive alignment of multi-project portfolios with business strategy, ensuring measurable value delivery. Develop and manage program strategies, objectives , and roadmaps , including budgets, milestones, and KPIs. O versee and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance. Establish and enforce best practices and standards in project execution, agile delivery, and stakeholder management. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001 , SAMA ). Monitor risks, dependencies, and inter-project issues, implementing robust mitigation and escalation plans . Lead executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication , ensuring visibility and transparency. Promote a culture of accountability, governance, and performance excellence across teams. Partner with C-level executives to balance innovation, risk, and compliance in all program decisions. T O BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10+ years in Project/Program Management , with at least 5 years in banking or Fintech program delivery . Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-project programs with regulatory requirements . Strong knowledge and certification of program governance frameworks (PMO models, PRINCE2, PMI PgMP , SAFe Portfolio Management) . Deep expertise in Agile at scale ( SAFe , LeSS , or Disciplined Agile Delivery) and hybrid delivery models. Familiarity with cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, API ecosystems, and DevSecOps integration .
