Program Manager

We are strengthening our team in Program and Project Management at our location in Gebze.

About the team and role:

As part of the global PM team, you will lead your projects, changes and VA´s. Each of these will have a dedicated team, requiring PM competencies, such as leadership skills etc. You will work with international customers, report to Steering Committee & stakeholders, keep the project KPIs under control and implement corrective actions in case required.

What you can look forward to as Program Manager:

• Managing projects with various complexities and leading (interdisciplinary) project teams and ensuring their effectiveness and acting as a link between customer, supplier, partners and departments
• Managing the project scope, time, budget, contracting and quality according to relevant standards
• Elaborate a project plan in alignment with the project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved
• Managing risks, resolving problems / issues and managing baseline changes
• Manage communication and stakeholder & Reporting & escalating to decision makers

Your profile as Program Manager:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or business related
• At lest 5 years of professional experience in project management, project management certification will be an advantage Bachelor degree in engineering or business related
• Ability to lead and motivate others and knowledge of project-planning tools and demonstrated ability to develop and execute a project & resource plan, incl. baseline change management
• Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations and interacting with (senior) leadership
• Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• Turkish native speaker & living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
