We are looking for an experienced Product Quality Assurance Lead to lead quality assurance across product development, product implementation, and AI-driven product capabilities. The role will define lifecycle-based process assurance for product development and product implementation, establish AI governance and control frameworks, and manage manual and automated testing to drive measurable improvements in product quality, release confidence, and implementation readiness.

Automation & Testing
Process Assurance for Product Development
Embed QA activities across requirements analysis, design reviews, development, test execution, release validation, and post-release improvement.
Define product development quality gates, entry/exit criteria, traceability standards, and release readiness checkpoints.
Partner with engineering teams to shift quality left through requirement validation, peer reviews, static analysis, unit test alignment, and early defect prevention.
Drive risk-based testing, test coverage analysis, defect trend reviews, and continuous quality reporting across Agile and CI/CD delivery models.
Process Assurance for Product Implementation
Own QA planning and validation for product configuration, environment readiness, data migration, integrations, deployment, and implementation cutover activities.
Establish implementation quality gates including configuration sign-off, UAT readiness, operational acceptance, rollback validation, and go-live criteria.
Validate product implementation outcomes against business workflows, acceptance criteria, controls, non-functional requirements, and production support needs.
Drive lessons learned, post-implementation defect analysis, stabilization tracking, and continuous improvement for future implementations.
Team & People Leadership
Delivery Communication & Quality Reporting
Communicate testing progress, key quality risks, release readiness, and implementation readiness through concise, metrics-based reporting.
Participate in requirement, solution, design, and implementation reviews to ensure quality considerations are addressed early.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies required for defect resolution, release sign-off, and go-live readiness.
