Organization:
SPMF-Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation - SouthResponsible for leading and managing staff in charge of complex projects and communications supporting regional, operating unit or system-wide goals and initiatives. Oversees resource and time management initiatives and applications, and manages the intake and delivery of projects for the team. Provides mentoring to project team members in regards to departmental, organizational and personnel issues and serves as a resource for change management, staff development and cross training. Collaborates with leaders and sponsors regarding process and system improvements that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experience. Provides coaching and support to Project Managers and Coordinators; completes issue identification, assessment, and resolution; provides technical support in order to achieve desired outcomes and compliance with Sutter Health policies/procedures and standards.

Pay Range is $161,491.20 to $242,257.60 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
