Program Manager, Pricing

Position Description

The Walmart Marketplace organization is one of the fastest growing, dynamic business units within the Walmart.com ecosystem. It connects sellers with customers on our platform by enabling third party sellers to deliver a phenomenal experience to our customers. The Marketplace Strategic Program team is the core engine of driving Marketplace growth. This team collaborates cross-functionally with many teams within Walmart including analytics, product, operations, finance, marketing etc. to build large scale impact programs and end-to-end solutions driving seller growth.

As a Program Manager for Marketplace pricing, you will focus to enable sellers deliver on our promise of Every Day Low Prices.

You will make an impact in this position if you:

• Program Strategy: identify pain points, build business cases, develop key initiatives and action plans

• Data Driven: leverage internal and external data and benchmark to build insights and roadmap planning

• Program Management: lead end to end program from building pilot plans to implementing scalable solutions

• Cross-functional collaborations: align program strategies and directions with key stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams to work on the aligned directions

• Have successfully run high impact programs aligning strategies and directions with varies levels and teams

• Have good team spirit and work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams

• Are motivated, curious, innovative, agile, a self-starter, and a multi-tasker

• Have prior experience in ecommerce or retail, and/or customer/seller experience, or site experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Business or Technical field preferred)

• 3+ years of experience in program operations, project management, operations management, or related area.

• Strong analytical skills and proficient with various analytical tools: MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Cloud Platform incl. functions (logical, lookup and reference, math and trigonometry, etc.) & pivot tables

• Experience performing quantitative and qualitative research and communicating results to leadership

• Excellent personal task management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments

• Must be comfortable in ambiguity and constantly evolving environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
