Job Description

Organization's Summary Statement:

This position serves as the primary point of contact for all matters pertinent to the scheduling
of and registration for the Masters’ programs’ courses in the Robert H. Smith School of
Business. This position is responsible for gathering, verifying, and recording all course
information for an effective scheduling process. In addition, this position is responsible for the
setting up and scheduling of semesterly registration, on a non-standard academic calendar. This position must retain a high level of professionalism at all times.

EXAMPLES OF WORK:
Assists in program planning and development.
Assists in the resolution of problems that have a significant impact on the overall goals of the department.
May manage a team of professional and support staff.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience: Three (3) years of professional program management or higher education experience.

Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Knowledge of business acumen to understand key business drivers, organizational communications, and data.
Skill in oral and written communication.
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
Ability to develop and administer new policies and procedures.
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
