Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager to lead our Tailored Learning Program in Elizabeth.

In this rewarding role, you will lead a team of approximately 10 staff delivering education and case management support to young people who have disengaged from mainstream education. You'll be responsible for ensuring the program delivers high-quality outcomes while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing compliance requirements, and overseeing program performance. Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes for young people
  • Manage program operations, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with contractual requirements
  • Oversee program budgets, reporting and compliance obligations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with education providers, community partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyse program data to drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes
  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring and performance management
  • Ensure young people receive quality case management and tailored learning support

Requirements for Success

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services, Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams within community services, education, youth or human services environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and analyse data
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
