Job Description

At Blackmores, our vision is to connect 1 billion people to the healing power of nature.

A wholly owned subsidiary of Kirin Holdings, Blackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage. Operating across 11 markets throughout Asia-Pacific and Greater China, we develop high-quality, evidence-based health solutions that help people live healthier lives.

The Opportunity

Help shape the future of health and wellbeing on a global scale! Kirin Health Science International (KHSI) is embarking on an ambitious transformation journey to bring together the combined strengths of Kirin, FANCL, Blackmores and future brands to create science-led, consumer-centric preventative health solutions. With plans to grow from $800 million to $5 billion by 2035, KHSI is redefining how it operates to support long-term global growth.

We're looking for a Program Manager – KHSI Operating Model to play a critical role in translating strategic vision into execution. Partnering closely with senior transformation leaders, in this hands-on, delivery focused role you will establish and drive the integrated roadmap, governance framework, program controls and executive reporting that underpin one of the most significant transformation programs across the Kirin Health Science portfolio.

This role will suit a highly organised and commercially minded, hands-on program professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can confidently engage senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract based in Surry Hills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain the integrated KHSI Operating Model roadmap, aligning milestones, dependencies, resources and risks across multiple workstreams.
  • Establish and drive governance forums, steering committees, reporting cadences and decision-making processes.
  • Create executive-level reporting, dashboards and steering committee materials that provide clear, evidence-based insights.
  • Manage program schedules, dependencies and critical path activities to support successful delivery.
  • Lead the program's RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions) framework and drive proactive risk management.
  • Partner with Finance to oversee program budgets, forecasting, financial governance and investment tracking.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in project management roles within large-scale business transformation, operating model redesign or enterprise change initiatives.
  • Strong capability translating strategic objectives into practical delivery plans and executable roadmaps.
  • Proven experience developing executive-level reporting, steering committee packs, dashboards and decision papers.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex matrix environments.
  • Strong financial governance and program control experience, including budget tracking and forecasting.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working with program delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Planview or similar platforms.
