Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICT Program Manager to lead initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics into our financial and purchasing operations. This role sits at the intersection of finance, purchasing, technology, and project leadership—driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ensuring successful delivery of AIenabled solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with practical experience building scalable analytics, models, and data products in enterprise environments. You will be part of a talented team of data scientists, engineers, driving predictive analytics and early detection of emerging purchasing trends using vast datasets across the enterprise.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional AI programs from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with other data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize program objectives.
  • Manage crossfunctional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders in Purchasing and Finance to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases and technical requirements
  • Develop project roadmaps, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure solutions meet compliance, data governance, and security standards.
  • Partner with Finance, Purchasing, Data, and Engineering teams to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Maintain strong data governance practices by ensuring data quality, lineage, documentation, and compliance requirements are clearly defined, consistently managed, and aligned with enterprise standards

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance/Purchasing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of program or product management experience, including delivery of complex, cross functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring (hands-on coding not required)
  • Proven experience managing endtoend programs, from ideation and planning through execution, launch, and postlaunch optimization
  • Experience leading direct reports in application development, SIT/UAT testing, and project management.
  • Experience managing project budget and external supplier engagements.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and communicate effectively with engineering, data science, legal, and leadership teams
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences and Senior Leadership.
  • Strong understanding of SAP configuration, master data, and business process flow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data modeling, semantic layers, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Industry experience in automotive and manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake Intelligence, and SAP HANA, SAP AI/Joule
