
Sales Focus, Inc., (SFI) the global leader in Sales Outsourcing, is searching for a Program Manager to “Develop, Train and Grow” both existing and new sales team across multiple industries. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams across the US.
This position is the direct interface between Sales Focus and our clients. The Program Manager has the responsibility to guide and direct the program, continually monitoring progress as well as all process and procedures.
The ideal candidate is analytical in their approach to managing sales agents, focused on performance and KPI’s, and also have the ability to go in the field and train them how to close deals.
