PROGAM MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that the product is manufactured in accordance with all technical, customer, and manufacturing specifications.
• Ensure that all designs, inspection devices, etc., are up to date, ensuring compliance with all customer requirements and specifications at all times.
• Responsible for providing regular updates on the status of all programs. In the case of program-critical items, you will be responsible for immediately informing the Manager.
• Provide technical support for all product launches, both within the company and with the customer.
• Research, analyze, and present cost-saving proposals.
• Conduct engineering and manufacturing feasibility studies.
• Establish program timelines and ensure that schedules are met.
• Analyze and assist in the development of manufacturing tools and processes to improve costs and increase inventory turnover.
• Track and analyze all program costs and ensure they remain within budget. Any deviations will be reported to the general manager.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the company and its business.
• Prepare budgets for new projects.
JOB PROFILE (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
• Education: Degree in engineering, bachelor’s degree, or related field.
• Experience: 5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry
