About The Role:
We are seeking a program manager for the Systems & Controls department operations to coordinate and support the program planning, program reviews, resource planning, time charging management, spending summary, standard work & training material, contractor and tools purchase orders, operations review, staff/planning events, agile planning/development, technology development process and support general operation of central technology department.
Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree in engineering or management or related field, with 2+ years of project or operations management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leading / managing multiple projects with proven on-time delivery & quality products to customers.
Experience in project management capabilities, financial and resource planning skills
Statement of work and external contractor purchase orders creation & tracking
Strong program planning, coordination and presentation skills
Proficiency in using project management and financial software tools like SAP, Ariba and Fieldglass
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
Good communication skills demonstrated thought leadership
Experience and ability to leverage Agile methodology for executing model based design projects and delivering value to customers quickly.
