East District covers both Kingston and Ottawa areas.

Pay Range: CAD$34.68- $41.39

The Program Manager ensures the overall effectiveness of the services and supports provided by the flex employees who work in various locations. They seek to promote and model Karis Disability Services’ Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, valuing people’s gifts, recognizing self-determination, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each person’s intrinsic value. They implement organizational policy and establishes an environment for supported individuals and employees in keeping with Karis Disability Services Values, Vision, and Mission. The Program Manager is required to assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people who use services, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. The Program Manager helps build communities of belonging in accordance with the core Values of Karis Disability Services; Valuing People, Fostering Belonging, Serving Others and Respecting Gifts.
