We are looking for a Program Manager who will lead the execution of GCash’s app transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital product improvements, ensure seamless customer experiences, and support GCash’s mission for financial inclusion. This role is ideal for someone with strong program management experience in digital products, fintech, or mobile applications.
You will be responsible for the following:
Lead cross-functional teams across Digital Experience, Product, Tech, Growth, Design, and Marketing to execute the app transformation roadmap
Translate product vision into clear projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure app pages and features align with GCash’s goals and customer experience standards
Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks across teams
Drive alignment and decision-making among stakeholders while balancing business, customer, and technical needs
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as app engagement, adoption, retention, and transaction growth
Facilitate continuous feedback loops between users, stakeholders, and product teams to improve app experience
Support agile project delivery and continuous process improvements
Standardize workflows, reporting, and documentation for efficient program execution
Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve delivery timelines and team collaboration
Promote collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams.
We are looking for:
At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in digital products, fintech, mobile apps, or technology environments
Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation or app development initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working with Product, Tech, Design, Growth, and Marketing teams
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital ecosystems
Experience working in agile and fast-paced environments
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for fintech, digital innovation, and financial inclusion
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a high-growth environment
Experience in financial services, digital payments, or super apps is an advantage
