Required Qualifications for Applying:
- Education &

Experience: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in human services (including at least 1 year in a supervisory role)
- – OR – Master’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in human services (including at least 1 year in a supervisory role)
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- FBI, CBI, and TRAILS background clearance, and completion of a physical examination
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call responsibilities and last minute coverage
This person will provide support to the Program Director in the areas of human resources, financial management, overseeing case management, and program planning. Provides leadership, assistance, supervision, training, and support to team members in either Fortune or Meade House.

Benefits begin at first of the following month after completing a full 30 days of employment (i.e. start date 4 January 2025, benefits initiate 1 March 2025).
Pay Range: $ 58,656.00 Annually
Shift: Needs to have Flexibility in schedule
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uphold RiseUp's mission, values, and policies.
- Ensure program compliance with regulations (health, fire, licensing, etc.).
- Assist with hiring, training, evaluations, and employee discipline.
- Provide guidance and role modeling to staff; perform direct support duties as needed.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to sustain and grow programs.
- Organize and manage committee meetings and correspondence.
- Maintain accountability for program funds, budgets, and staffing.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders and handle emergencies effectively.
- Support quality improvement processes and trauma-informed care principles.
- Address workforce vicarious trauma and provide supervision support.
- Serve as a proxy for the Program Director as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Flexible scheduling, including on-call; crisis management certification required.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Minimum age 21 with 5 years of driving experience.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and maintain various physical postures.
- Capacity for behavioral interventions, quick body movements, and crisis management certification.
- Physical presence at assigned locations; adequate hearing/vision for supervision.
- Emotional stability, mental flexibility, and creativity in challenging situations.
