We are looking for a Program Manager (Product Development) to lead cross-functional product development programs from concept through commercialization.

In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of innovative products while balancing scope, timelines, budget, and risk. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across R&D, Product Management, Operations, and other functions to align priorities and ensure smooth execution.

Your work will directly contribute to bringing new scientific solutions to market and supporting innovation in life sciences and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development programs from concept through launch and closure
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful commercialization
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align resources across departments
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams and support effective decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal processes
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and optimizing project execution

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience managing projects of varying size and complexity

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate in a matrix organization
  • Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English

Salary

2 891–4 335 gross/month

The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €2 891,67–€4 335,42.
