• Facilitate the definition, development and deployment of the internal systems behind our extraordinary consumer experiences
• Manage overall project scope, cost and schedule, using Agile/Waterfall techniques across multiple teams and with external partners
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
• Work directly with multiple disciplines – operations, software engineering, quality assurance and information technology to manage decisions, deliverables, dependencies and risks
• Establish positive relationships across the organization to achieve alignment and influence direction
• Proactively identify issues and risks; devise and implement risk mitigation strategies across projects
• Prioritize execution of the backlog to optimize delivery across multiple projects to meet customer needs
• Participate in ongoing improvements to Xperi's operational processes and practices

• BS or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience managing complex operations and/or software engineering projects
• Experience in portfolio management and budget management
• Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with impact outside of Infrastructure
• Ability to manage competing priorities, and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of using Jira, confluence is a plus
• You have proven experience working in an agile environment
• Experience of Managing projects at Enterprise Level with Network, Server, Storage and database platforms
• You have working knowledge of finance applications, data center and cloud systems (AWS preferred)
• You have demonstrated a record for regularly delivering complex operations or software projects on-time
• You are an excellent verbal and written communicator
• You are a relationship builder that despite assertive nature gets things done and people respect the results
• You have experience working with external partners in a complex, geographically distributed organization
