The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate projects within our aluminum extrusion manufacturing plant. This role involves managing program timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution that aligns with our operational goals and meets customer requirements.

What you will be doing

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Communicate all program-related issues and requirements to Hydro Extrusion operations. Lead efforts to resolve these issues effectively.
  • Assist in negotiating any commercial or pricing matters.
  • Ensure the financial success of the program by meeting production goals and monitoring associated costs.
  • Identify and plan for personnel needs to support the program's success.
  • Explore new business opportunities, whether through existing programs or other channels.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-year relevant experience, preferably a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • PMP
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading.
  • Familiarity with APQP and IATF standards.
